What You Will Be Doing

Be responsible for managing the technical operational support, delivery, maintenance and integration activities for the business Network and Communications Services.

Define technical Network and Communications architectures to meet strategic objectives and priorities while simultaneously managing the team of engineers responsible for its support and maintenance.

Lead multiple projects and manage the technical team responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Network and Communications technologies and architectures within the organisation, whilst assuring security and high availability.

This is a technical role with a focus on business engagement and delivery. This position works closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure that service levels for performance, availability and support are achieved. A well organised, client focused approach to excellent service delivery is critical to the success in this role.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Extensive experience with vendor management, managed services and liaising and negotiating for Network and Communication services
• Extensive knowledge and experience managing Cybersecurity practices within Network and Communication services
• Extensive experience with design, development and implementation of Network and Communication technologies
• Expert knowledge and experience with Cisco Network Technologies (Cisco Technology Stack), Cisco Voice, and collaboration, technologies
• Expert knowledge and experience managing Firewalls, Hybrid Cloud/On-premises environments, and related technologies
• Demonstrated experience in similar network and communication leadership roles (desirable)
