What You Will Be Doing
September 2022 commencement.
This PGY2/PGY3 placement is designed to provide appropriate exposure and experience to enable the junior doctor to consolidate their learning from their PGY1 year, and attain the required skills and knowledge relevant for each rotation. Skills progression should assist the PGY2 to meet the entry requirements for specialist training programs.
Under the direction of more experienced medical staff, primarily registrars, and through collaboration with other health professionals, the resident provides effective appropriate medical care commensurate with their capabilities and in accordance with delegated clinical privileges that vary from site to site.
As part of the Frankston Private transition, incumbents will have the opportunity for sought after Anaesthetics exposure during their terms as well as the potential for extended contract until February 2024.
What You Need
•MBBS or equivalent •Satisfactory completion of a recognised Intern program (PGY1) •Eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner.
