Position Summary Peninsula Health Mental Health operates a number of services throughout the organisation. This position provides administrative support to the Community Mental Health Service located at various sites on the Mornington Peninsula.
Peninsula Health currently has an opportunity for an experienced and person centred focused Administration Assistant to join our Mental Health team on a fixed part time basis. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, the Admin Person will assist our Clietns, Their families and our Clinicial staff.
Key Responsibilities • Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times. • As first point of contact for the Peninsula Health Mental Health service, present a professional image and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times. • Process administrative tasks within agreed timeframes. • Demonstrate positive workplace behaviours and relationships at all times with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment as well as independently. • Demonstrated initiative, self-direction, innovation and ability to contribute to the development of new services. • Well-developed interpersonal skills. • Current Victorian Drivers licence • Familiarity with the provisions of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, including the mental health principles
