About the role:
The Critical Care Registered nurse is a valued and integral member of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and providing support for their families. The CCRN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence-based, person centered care, to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death.
We are looking for an innovative, motivated nurse to work across all of our inpatient beds and can offer shifts across 24 hours. Part-time hours would be considered.
As an ideal applicant you will:
• have recent experience in a critical care environment and be recognized as a great team player, with the capacity to work autonomously
• have an interest in supporting post graduate, graduate and undergraduate nurses.
• be required to use your critical thinking skills to deliver high quality outcomes within a patient centered model of care.
