Position Summary
Peninsula Health is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide expert consultancy advice and support to Managers and staff on all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on employee relations. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring that advice, processes and tools align with Peninsula Health policies, industrial obligations and best practice HR management. In addition, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementation of strategic and operational priorities to assist the organisation in the management and engagement of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert generalist HR/ER advice and support to Peninsula Health’s managers and staff; • Manage a wide range of performance management and employee relations cases; • Partner with stakeholders to successfully deliver key HR projects and initiatives, including the implementation of Enterprise Agreements; • Consult with stakeholders on strategic and operational needs to assist in the management and engagement of our workforce.
Essential Criteria
• Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner role • Hold, or working towards, tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and application of Enterprise Agreements • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and stakeholder engagement
