Position Summary
Working within a supportive and welcoming speech pathology team spanning adult and paediatric services across the Mornington-Peninsula, this position offers diverse clinical experience including the Movement Disorders Program, leadership skill expansion and quality improvement activity. Experience in adult subacute and/or acute multidisciplinary service provision is essential.

Selection Criteria Essential: Eligible for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia
Essential: Experience in Adult Subacute and/or Acute Speech Pathology service provision
Essential: Commitment to person-centred care and multidisciplinary teamwork

Essential: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential: Developing leadership skills including the ability to respond positively and creatively to change
Essential: Commitment to actively supporting own, Grade 1 and student continuous professional development
Essential: Commitment to best practice
Desirable: Competency in conducting, interpreting and reporting Videofluoroscopy Swallowing Studies (or working towards, including independent learning)
Desirable: Competency in speech pathology tracheostomy management (or working towards, including independent learning)
