What You Will Be Doing

The People Advisor position is a key role as the first point of contact for employees to the Business Partnering Team. The Advisor has a close working relationship with the People & Culture Business Partners, who partner with line managers across the organisation to facilitate the achievement of operational goals.

The Advisor's role is to guidance, support and timely advice on aspects of HR which relate to the employer/employee relationship and the day to day application of the organisations polices, practices and industrial agreements.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Previous experience in a HR Advisor role
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or working toward it
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Highly developed organisation, communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements
