Advertisement text We are seeking a Grade 1 or New Graduate Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with children aged 0-18 years and their families. The role is part of a collaborative and supportive multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dietetics, Podiatry and Continence Nursing. Frequent supervision and build of clinical skills is a priority area for all Grade 1's. We have a focus on family centred, strength based practise in natural settings with manageable caseloads. Our team sits within the broader public health network of Peninsula Health and operates across the areas of Frankston City Council and Mornington Peninsula Shire.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team with children and their families to provide evidence based interventions. Our service is based within a range of natural settings including home, kinder, child care and schools. We are passionate working together as a team to build our skills and provide quality services to our participants.

What You Will Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Qualification in Speech Pathology and eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
• Commitment to ongoing learning and continuous reflective learning
• Developing skill in providing evidence based therapy services to children with disabilities and their families in natural settings
