What You Will Be Doing

As a Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing (RUSON) you will be providing clinical and non-clinical support to the Nursing team in the delivery of safe, personal, effective and connected care. The RUSON is required to work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse at all times, within their level of education and assessed competencies and also under clearly defined role parameters.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Successfully completed your first Year of Undergraduate Nursing Qualification
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with a wide range of people, including co-workers, health professionals, residents and family members
• Registered as a student with AHPRA with no conditions or undertakings

Exclusion conditions as set by ANMF:
• Master’s degree, must be a Bachelor

* Please refer to salary circular for NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020-2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

Selection Criteria Essential: Are you currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing degree and have successfully completed your first year?
