Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chef to work on a rotating basis at our production kitchen situated at Frankston Hospital, our cook chill kitchen at Rosebud Hospital as well as the Mornington centre.

The successful applicant will need to have a current Food Handlers Certificate/Trade Qualifications and be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a high level of Food Service delivery whilst moving towards continual improvement.
• Chefs must be competent in the preparation and production of the meals for Patients, Staff, visitors and special functions as per the daily requirements.

Selection Criteria Essential: Do you have a Food Handlers Certificate (post 2014)?
Essential: Do you have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent?
