The Administrative Assistant/PA is responsible for providing administrative/secretarial support to the Director of Thoracic Medicine and other Senior Medical Staff within the department and for ensuring day to day functioning of the department is well organized and that time and resources are managed efficiently and effectively in a manner in keeping with Peninsula Health's vision and values.

You will have:
• Demonstrated competency in medical terminology
• Broad secretarial experience with up to date knowledge and skill in relevant computer programs (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Dictaphone use
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to interact with people from all walks of life.
