What You Will Be Doing

The Elective Surgery Clinical Coordinator works within the Department of Surgery - Elective Surgery Waiting List Office and involves the organisation and management of the elective surgery waiting list to ensure that those referred for elective surgery and procedures are provided with care in a timely manner, in accordance with the Victorian Elective Surgery Access Policy. The role is collaborative and involves communication with a broad multi-disciplinary team to meet identified goals.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Recent perioperative, surgical or medical nursing experience
• Recent elective surgery waiting list management experience desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised in a confidential environment
