What You Will Be Doing
We are currently seeking multiple experienced Grade 1 and Grade 2 Speech Pathologists to join our casual bank which is used to provide clinical care across our acute and rehabilitation services. Casual members will primarily be located in Frankston and/or Mornington. Our casual bank is used to fill staffing gaps which could be from 1 to 5 days per week for set periods of time (one or more weeks or months). Depending on your experience and skills there may be opportunity to work across a range of acute and subacute inpatient services. What You Need
- Eligible for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia - Commitment to evidence based, person-centred care and multidisciplinary teamwork - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Developing leadership skills including the ability to participate and respond creatively to change - Commitment to actively supporting own, Grade 1 and student continuous professional development - Please refer to the attached Position Description for further selection criteria
