We are currently seeking NON PMCV Graduate Nurse applicants for our 2023 program who recently graduated in 2021 or 2022, or will be graduating prior to July 2023. Positions include the General, MH, and midwifery(RM registration required) programs.

What You Will Be Doing
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a valued and integral member of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and their families across the organisation. The RN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death. The Graduate Nurse Program is designed to assist the newly qualified RN in the transition from student to an effective member of the nursing workforce. Throughout the program the Graduate Nurse is expected to deliver nursing care at the level of a beginning practitioner and to meet all the specific requirements of the program.
What You Need
• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse • Demonstrate commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team • Able to use basic computer software applications • Ensure clinical documentation is written/typed using clear, concise and grammatically correct language • Communicates well with and relates to consumers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
