What You Will Be Doing
The Transformation Clinical Design Lead is focused on improving the mental health services provided to clients as identified by the Royal Commission into the mental health services. This role forms part of the Transformation team working in collaboration with the team, Clinical Design Lead will be responsible for: • Evaluate the current systems and look for innovative ways to redesign these systems to benefit all stakeholders. • Completion of strategic projects from beginning to end including planning project objectives, data analysis and the generation of insights from the analysis to support executive and clinical engagement. • Leading the day-to-day running of initiatives.
This role is a two year contract being implemented by the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. This is a key reform aiming to rebuild the system and set the foundations for change using the mental health service approach and align with Peninsula Health’s clinical governance framework.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have: • Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration • Extensive experience in the mental health field including acute in-patient and/or community mental health care • Redesign experience with the ability of persuading others to adopt change in an environment of competing objectives and priorities. • Experience in monitoring project development, setting timeframes, utilising resources and managing budgets
