Position Summary An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to lead a team in an innovative model of care in the Geriatric Evaluation and Management service at The Mornington Centre.
The SPeED program includes occupational therapists, physiotherapists and an allied health assistant to enable early supported discharge for subacute inpatients. The team works in collaboration with the wider interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities Your leadership, communication and organisational skills will be highly advanced and you will be able to demonstrate abilities in team leadership, staff supervision and evidence-based practice. A proven ability to manage quality projects will be viewed favourably.
