What You Will Be Doing
The role is to carry out the administrative functions of a busy Radiology department. You may be required to assist the Radiographers to deliver the clinical operations of the Radiology Department. The aim is to always strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for the internal and external clients of the department and always ensure positive experiences through excellent client services.

What you need

We anticipate you will be able to:
• Complete patient registration and preparation for booking radiology appointments
• Respond to enquiries and telephone calls effectively, courteously and promptly
• Display high levels of customer service and empathy skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellent keyboard skills (experience using Microsoft Office and other web-based programs)
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assist the Radiographers with patient management if required

*Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
