Position Summary The eHealth Test and Release Management Lead is responsible for ensuring all eHealth project and operational testing/release management components are delivered on time, within budget parameters, of high standards and meet organisational requirements.
In addition, the eHealth Test and Release Management Lead will work closely with other members of the eHealth Unit and various key stakeholder groups and will be required to supervise, train and mentor other staff as needed to ensure all eHealth Test and Release Management tasks are delivered on time and of standard.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate Release Management processes, testing personnel and other allocated resources, within budget and timelines. • Coordinate changes to application systems with a primary focus on CLOVER Clinical System impacts. • Ensure development, proficient management and optimisation of testing methodologies that are used across Peninsula Health and in collaboration with Peninsula Health’s testing partners. • Create and implement testing methods that ensures software, integration interfaces and infrastructure are successfully tested and validated. Manage and Coordinate Project Test Phases, within budget, timelines and allocated resources.
Essential Criteria • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field • Relevant software testing experience • Experience and knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies and tools • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal • Experience in and exposure to project management methods and practices, preferably application of Prince2 project disciplines
