Position Summary Peninsula Health is offering an exciting opportunity to gain Post Graduate Qualifications in Emergency Nursing. You can choose to study with Monash, Deakin or La Trobe, our partnership Universities.
Students are employed on a 64 hour fortnight over a 12 month period. We offer a friendly and supportive clinical learning environment and can assist you with the consolidation of the theoretical and practical elements of the course.
We have a new purpose-built Emergency Department complete with state of the art equipment and a fully electronic medical record. We have a designated Paediatric zone that is equipped with cardiac monitoring to cater to the 15,000 paediatric presentations per year as well as a mental health short stay unit. With well over 50,000+ adult presentations per year, our 36 cubicles and 19 short stay emergency beds are busy enough to provide you with fabulous learning opportunities.
