Peninsula Health provides public healthcare services to residents of the Mornington Peninsula.

Our hospitals and emergency departments are located at Frankston and Rosebud, and we provide a wide range of community health, dental, rehabilitation, mental health, palliative care ad aged care services from campuses at Frankston, Hastings, Mornington and Rosebud.

Position Summary
Peninsula Health's Community Mental Health Service is seeking an innovative and energetic Mental Health Clinician to be part of an expanding mental health service.

The Mental Health Clinician, as a member of the multidisciplinary team, provides timely and responsive mental health assessment and treatment to people who require community based intervention and support. The Clinician works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence based person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes.

About our Adult Case Management Team.
The Mornington and Frankston Adult Case management Teams provide community treatment through recovery focused case management for clients 25-64 years.

The team works Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm.
