What You Will Be Doing


Are you passionate about using quality and safety systems to drive improvements and making healthcare safer for patients? Come and join our stellar Safer Care Unit team as one of our dynamic Safer Care Consultants ! You will be an integral member of our amazing Safer Care team, working alongside the Outpatients, HITH and Chemotherapy teams. You will support clinical staff to provide better care for patients through enabling a consistent approach to clinical governance, quality of care and improvement.


What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Tertiary Qualifications in a healthcare discipline
• Recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in the development and implementation of patient safety and improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage a range of complex tasks within timeframes

*Please refer to salary circular for PROPOSED NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC HEALTH SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020 - 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

Selection Criteria Essential: Tertiary qualifications in a healthcare discipline.
