What You Will Be Doing
As a Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing (RUSON) you will be providing clinical and non-clinical support to the Nursing team in the delivery of safe, personal, effective and connected care. The RUSON is required to work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse at all times, within their level of education and assessed competencies and also under clearly defined role parameters.
Positions being offered are Part-Time, Limited Term until February 2023 and will be across our Medical and Mental Health services.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have: • Successfully completed First Year of Undergraduate Nursing Qualification • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with a wide range of people, including co-workers, health professionals, residents and family members • Registered as a student with AHPRA with no conditions or undertakings
Exclusion conditions as set by ANMF: • Master’s degree, must be a Bachelor • Student Visa • Have previously completed a diploma in Nursing

Selection Criteria |
Essential: Currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing and have successfully completed first year. Essential: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building, cooperation and conflict resolution Essential: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with a wide range of people, including co-workers, health professionals, residents and family members. Essential: An understanding of the healthcare environment |
