What You Will Be Doing
As the Social Worker, you will be a pivotal role in a Multidisciplinary team delivering intensive therapeutic interventions for adult clients of the community mental health service identified as being at risk of recurring acute episodes and associated hospital admissions without more intensive therapeutic interventions.
The brand new team will work at Davey Street, Frankston, working 7 day per week rotating roster (08:30-17.00) .
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Approved degree in social work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
• Extensive experience in the mental health field including acute inpatient services and/or community mental health care
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• A current Victorian Drivers Licence
