What You Will Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse on the Gunnamatta Ward, you will be providing person centred care for patients who have suffered a stroke/other neurological conditions and Geriatric Evaluation and Management.

The Registered Nurse is a valued and integral member of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and their families across the organisation.

Your role will include assessment, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting comprehensive nursing care in accordance with evidence based best practice standards and Peninsula Health Values

What You Need

• Registered Nurse with APHRA registration
• Completion of a graduate year program or equivalent experience
• Experience in an acute environment
• High level clinical knowledge and skills
• Availability to work in accordance with a 7 day rotating roster
