What You Will Be Doing
The Clinical Lead and ACFI Coordinator works with the NUM and ANUM’s to oversee the delivery of safe, evidence based, person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes. The Clinical Lead component of this role is integral to improving and maintaining a high standard of nursing care delivery to residents, and direct role modelling and mentoring of staff is a key feature of this role.
This position is full time (Monday to Friday) and supports the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), and when required acts in their role to provide effective leadership and management of the Unit.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have: • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse • Previous experience in a leadership role in Aged Care and demonstrated understanding of the Aged care Act 1997. • Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014 and the National Standards for Mental health 2010 • Experience in ACFI documentation and submissions
