What You Will Be Doing

Talent Acquisition is a fundamental part of the Talent and Administration team, responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of activities, to administer recruitment, on-boarding and compliance functions. Additionally, this role will build expertise and capability while providing support and expert advice to managers and staff on aspects of employment in accordance with agreements, policy, legislation and principles of best practice.

Key responsibilities:
• Support managers, staff and potential applicants in the end-to-end recruitment process, including the preparation of employment contracts in a timely manner.
• Participate in interviewing and assist with selection decisions including providing end to end recruitment support when required.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Demonstrated experience in a comparable Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment role
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Role model Peninsula Health's Values and Behaviours
