The Peninsula Health Physiotherapy Department is currently seeking applications for limited term, full time Grade 1 Physiotherapy positions offering experience in the acute, subacute and community health settings.

Rotations cover a range of clinical areas including ICU; medical and surgical wards; Orthopaedic inpatients and outpatients; Neurology; Inpatient Rehabilitation; Aged Care; and Community Health. Sub-acute rotations also incorporate experience in Aquatic Physiotherapy.

Selection Criteria Essential: Registration with the National Physiotherapy Registration Board (AHPRA)
Essential: Able to competently perform high quality Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and patient management, including thorough and appropriate discharge planning
Essential: Interest and/or experience in Quality improvement and research activities
Essential: Demonstrated willingness to participate in Professional Development
Essential: Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Essential: Identifies and proposes practical solutions to problems
Essential: Takes an organised and methodical approach to the prioritisation of tasks
Desirable: Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
