What You Will Be Doing
• Provide clinical and professional leadership for mental health clinical pharmacy services in accordance with professional standards/guidelines/policies and local/state/national regulations and legislation • Performance management and development of mental health clinical pharmacy services including direct staff reports • Supervision and training of rotational pharmacists, pharmacy interns and undergraduate students • Proactively implement quality improvement activities and conduct practice-based research to support best possible outcomes from medication management for mental health patients
What You Need
We anticipate you will have: • Full Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) registration with no restrictions to the scope of practice, or an appropriate pharmaceutical qualification eligible for the registration • Significant experience in provision of clinical pharmacy services to mental health and experience in other clinical specialties • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership • Demonstrate highly developed communication and liaison skills • Have experience with using electronic medication management, preferably Cerner trained (desirable) • Quality improvement/project/research experience (desirable) • Relevant or working towards pharmacy postgraduate qualifications (desirable)
