What You Will Be Doing
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our fun and supportive team in our 26 bed Aged Persons Mental Health Unit in Capel Sound. This is a Permanent Part Time position of 48 hours a fortnight.
The ANUM supports the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and when required acts in their role to provide effective leadership and management of the ward. The ANUM works with the NUM to oversee the delivery of safe, evidence based, person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
•Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
•Previous leadership experience in Aged Care and/or Mental Health
•Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Act 1997
•Exceptional communication and organisational skills
