About Peninsula Health Peninsula Health provides public healthcare services to residents of the Mornington Peninsula.
Our hospitals and emergency departments are located at Frankston and Rosebud, and we provide a wide range of community health, dental, rehabilitation, mental health, palliative care ad aged care services from campuses at Frankston, Hastings, Mornington and Rosebud.

Position Summary We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a permanent role in our finance department.
The Accounts Payable Clerk is an integral member of the Accounts Payable Team that sits within the Finance Department. The team are responsible for ensuring payments are processed on behalf of Peninsula Health accordingly.
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the processing of invoices, coding, GST treatment, batch entry and payments. The Accounts Payable Clerk is also responsible for handling relevant enquires.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. One day off is accumulated every four weeks, 13 in total each year.
We are flexible on a start date but have a preference for immediate commence.
Key Responsibilities • Ensuring effective customer service is delivered at all times • Managing high volume of invoices to achieve organisational key performance indicator of timely processing • Ensuring effective time management is displayed at all times • Ensuring positive relationships are developed and maintained with internal and external parties
