Position Summary
Peninsula Health is currently seeking an experienced full time Pay Clerk to join its busy Pay Office. The Pay Office is involved with the payment of approximately 5300 employees and manages all aspects of the payroll, including data timesheet entry, terminations, leave management, personnel files maintenance, superannuation, deductions etc.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. SAP Payroll experience would be an advantage, however not essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to facilitate the day to day operations of the Payroll Department
• Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
• Present a professional image and ensure strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Be accountable for own performance and seek to expand personal skill levels to ensure a timely completion of Certificate.
• Promote positive relationships and public relations both within and outside Peninsula Health.

Selection Criteria Essential: Basic Knowledge and skills in MS office Data entry
