What You Will Be Doing
As an RN you will join our group in a diverse and innovative team. You will work in partnership with the Associate Nurse Unit Managers, to provide clinical care on a shift-by-shift basis.

What You Will Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the principles of Recovery Orientated practice in Mental Health Care.
• Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, the National Standards for Mental Health Services 2010, and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards, National Safety and Quality Standards in Health Care.
• experience in the mental health field including acute inpatient services
• Compliance with other relevant legislation
• Working knowledge of discipline specific legislation relevant to clinical practice
• Demonstrated skills and working knowledge of computer data base systems relevant to position
• Familiarity with the values and goals working within a recovery oriented practice framework
