The Mornington Centre is a modern, 90 bed facility which provides patient-centred and interdisciplinary care for patients requiring a period of assessment and rehabilitation to optimise function and determine future care needs.
Position Summary
This role requires advanced Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning skills to provide high quality care to aged care patients with a range of diagnoses and complex co-morbidities. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing physiotherapy assessment and management to a largely orthopaedic inpatient caseload.
Key Responsibilities
To be considered for this role, you will possess a strong focus on patient centred care, have experience in supervision of other staff and students and demonstrate excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
