Are you seeking an opportunity to join an exciting, creative and innovative multidisciplinary clinical care team? Do you want a challenge and to contribute to the care of persons with a serious mental illness living on the Peninsula?
Vacancies exists based at Peninsula Health Adult Community Mental Health Service located on the Peninsula. You will be working within a dynamic service in the provision of care coordination to aid recovery in people suffering from mental illness across an array of diagnostic groups. In addition to this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise and enhance skills specific to your discipline.
You will have effective interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate with consumers and carers and other service providers, demonstrated experience in assessment and management of persons with serious mental illness. .
Ensuring the health and safety of our patients, visitors and staff is at the heart of everything we do. As part of this commitment, all new members of our team must meet the immunisation requirements of their role prior to commencement.
