What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will be working within our dedicated and collaborative team providing specialized nursing care and support to patients in our Geriatric Evaluation and Management Unit (Flinders Ward). Flinders Ward is a 30 bed Unit specialising in the care of patients with multiple chronic and complex medical conditions including cognitive impairment and dementia.
This is a fixed term role working 32 hours per week. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment with great opportunities for professional growth
What You Need
• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse • Successful completion of a graduate year program OR equivalent experience • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers • Commitment to continued learning and best practice • Competent using basic computer programs) • Availability to work across a 7 day rotating roster

*Please refer to salary circular for PROPOSED NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC HEALTH SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020 - 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
